Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee and function as the in-house subject matter expert on staffing and strategies. You will provide consultation to business leaders and stakeholders on strategies for sourcing talent to meet business initiatives. This role requires someone with an outgoing professional personality and prior experience recruiting in both a corporate environment and an agency is ideal. The Recruiter must have experience sourcing and screening entry level to senior level positions within a variety of corporate business departments.
This temporary position is in St. Louis, MO (STL County area) for 4-5 months and hourly pay is $35.00-$38.00 per hour. Position is onsite daily Monday through Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and remote on Friday.
Day-to-day activities:
Manages the full cycle recruiting process for internal and external hiring needs.
• Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers and appropriate team members to ensure alignment on positions key deliverables, skills, and qualifications
• Leveraging a variety of recruitment sources to identify candidates
• Maintaining job postings to ensure strategies are generating an optimal candidate pool.
• Utilizing the applicant tracking system daily to review resumes
• Interviewing applicants and selecting qualified candidates for hiring manager interviews
• Collaborating with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process
• Providing a positive candidate experience, by maintaining consistent and timely communication with candidate every step of the hiring process
• Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, recommending sourcing strategies and coaching throughout the selection process
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Execute recruiting processes and reporting.
• Monitoring key recruiting data to identify areas of opportunity in quality, conversion, time to fill and turnover.

Who our client seeks:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3+ years’ relevant and practical recruiting/talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders, which includes senior management, business leaders, infrastructure colleagues and external vendors.
• Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge and prior experience around employment branding
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize requests, adapt well to change, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to handle confidential information and issues effectively and without breach of confidentiality.
