Our client, a multi-location truck dealership, has an opportunity for a Fixed Operations Director/Regional Service Director to join their team. This position is responsible for leading and supporting Service Managers and department-level supervisors at multiple dealership locations, with approximately 90 employees under their regional oversight. This role will focus on operational consistency, process improvement, labor efficiency, profitability, and talent development throughout the region. The ideal candidate brings multi-store service leadership experience within a heavy-duty truck dealership environment and a strong understanding of OEM performance metrics.
