Quality Systems Analyst
Location: East Alton, IL
Temporary, 6 months, possible temp-to-hire
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pay: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour
We are seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to support manufacturing quality processes, SAP QM activity, document control, and ISO 9001 compliance. This role works closely with production, quality, and other departments to support order release, investigate quality issues, maintain records, and help improve quality system performance.
The best candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working across departments, and able to manage quality-related tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior exposure to quality systems, controlled documentation, and SAP QM will be especially valuable.
Responsibilities
• Support daily use of SAP QM for quality-related decision-making and workflow needs.
• Help investigate quality, certification, and release issues to support timely shipment of orders.
• Assist with corrective actions, verification of effectiveness, and follow-up on internal and external claims.
• Support document control, records retention, and controlled procedure updates.
• Help prepare for internal and external ISO 9001 audits.
• Work with other departments to maintain quality metrics and improve quality system performance.
• Support subcontractor and supplier-related quality activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of ISO 9001 experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP QM.
• Experience with SharePoint or other document control systems.
• Experience supporting audits, corrective actions, or quality records.
