Temporary Event Staff – 2026 Presidents Cup September 15 through September 29
Location: Medinah, Illinois
Primary Event Dates: September 22 through Sunday, September 27, 2026
Setup Dates: Tuesday, September 15 through Friday, September 18
Teardown Dates: Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Keystone Staffing & Talent Solutions is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to support event operations for the 2026 Presidents Cup at Medinah Country Club.
We expect to hire approximately 20 event staff members per day during tournament week, along with a smaller crew for setup before the event and teardown afterward. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for individuals who enjoy active work, large sporting events and being part of a professional event team.
Schedule
The primary assignment runs from Tuesday, September 22 through Sunday, September 27. Additional setup shifts will be available before tournament week, with teardown work scheduled for Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29.
Applicants should expect:
• Early morning start times
• Long shifts that may exceed 10 hours
• Outdoor work in changing weather conditions
• Weekday and weekend assignments
• Possible schedule adjustments based on event needs
Priority consideration will be given to applicants who can work multiple days, especially those available for all six primary event days.
Keystone’s established payroll workweek for this assignment is Sunday through Saturday. Overtime will be paid at time-and-one-half for hours worked over 40 within the established workweek, as required by applicable law.
Responsibilities
Event staff members may be assigned to assist with:
• Event setup and teardown
• Moving and arranging tables, chairs, barricades, signage and supplies
• Loading, unloading and distributing event materials
• Maintaining organized work and storage areas
• Stocking and replenishing supplies
• General grounds and event-area cleanup
• Trash and recycling removal
• Directional, operational or guest-support assignments
• Assisting supervisors and event management with other duties as assigned
Assignments may vary by day and according to tournament needs.
Requirements
Qualified applicants must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be dependable and report to every accepted shift on time
• Have reliable transportation to the assigned reporting location in the Medinah area
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Be able to bend, reach, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Be comfortable working outdoors in heat, rain or changing weather
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude
• Remain available for the entire scheduled shift
Previous event, warehouse, general labor, hospitality, construction or setup-and-teardown experience is helpful but not required.
