MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR
Direct Hire
Salary: $70k to $80k
Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm
We are looking for a hands-on leader on the textile manufacturing floor, directly managing daily operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality textiles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively supervise and support union employees during production
• Monitor and maintain leather quality throughout all process stages
• Train new employees in equipment operation and the tanning process
• Administer company policies and address personnel concerns
• Maintain inventory, requisition supplies, and manage labor costs
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments
• Develop textile process expertise
• Promote and uphold company’s mission
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven leadership and team coordination capabilities in a production environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Humility, drive, and the motivation to learn
