Human Resources Contractor
Pay: $20 to $25 an hour
Fourtune 500 Manufacturing Company looking to bring on 2 total temporary HR contractors to support an i-9 filing project. This company has physical employee files at their sites, and we are looking to digitize them. This assignment would last anywhere from 2 – 4 weeks (depending on facility size/number of employees). All contractor employees would be required to be on-site during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 9 am – 5 pm). The sites, duration, and responsibilities are listed below.
Responsibilities:
• Organizing employee files
• Prepare files/documents for scanning
• Scan Documents
• Save the scanned documents into new employee folder on iDrive
• Create & manage employee folders and subfolders
• Other administrative tasks as needed
Sites:
o Estimated Timeframe: 2-3 Weeks
o Targeted start: May/June
• Wheeling, IL & Lake Zurich, IL – 1 to 2 Temps Needed (The contractor would support two sites within the Chicago-land area. Would prefer to have 1 contractor support both sites, rotating between them upon completion of the first.
