Project Coordinator / Training Specialist
Maryland Heights, MO | Contract | Hybrid (Mon–Thu onsite)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Training Specialist to support a rapidly growing training program focused on financial planning strategies. In this role, you will track course and exam activity, communicate results, and ensure participants have the access and support they need to complete required training.

Contract details
• Location: Maryland Heights, MO (Hybrid – in office Monday–Thursday)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with 4 required in-office days (Mon–Thu)
• Pay: $35.00 per hour
• Duration: Contract through 8/10/2027
• Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen & reside in the Greater St. Louis, MO metro area

Key responsibilities
• Track and report course and exam completions and failures using a third-party vendor platform and ServiceNow.
• Communicate exam results to participants, including notifying individuals if they did not pass and coordinating retakes within specified timeframes (e.g., 7 days).
• Ensure individuals have appropriate access to assigned training courses and exams.
• Respond to service requests, troubleshoot course and exam access issues, and answer questions such as “What do I do if I do not pass the exam?” or “Why isn’t the course/exam working for me?”.
• Provide professional, timely communication and service to learners and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience (project coordination, training support, or data/reporting-focused role).
• Extreme attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data tracking and reporting; this role is highly data-driven with no room for error.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and apply strong critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with a variety of internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to proactively find answers, resolve issues, and understand when to escalate questions or unusual circumstances.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly related to database management, reporting, and analysis.
• ServiceNow experience preferred; experience with other ticketing or case management systems is a plus.
