Patrick Queensen, Principal, Owner

As a founding principal of Keystone Partnership in 1992, Pat has played a critical role in the development of the organization. After starting his career in sales and management, Pat moved into the field of executive recruiting more than 25 years ago and developed the search department of a large agency to include retained and contingent search capabilities in a number of industries. Pat is a past President of the Missouri Association of Personnel Services as well as a former committee member for the St. Charles County Economic Development Council. Pat takes an active role in all areas of Keystone, from Executive Recruitment to Event Staffing.
